The private backyard surrounded by olive trees or the only table in front of the ancient fireplace of the dining room will be the two exclusive locations to enjoy the private wine pairing experience
Enjoy a wine tasting that is paired with classic Tuscan dishes prepared by Chef Paola! Taste and learn about the many varied wines of Chianti and the Tuscan region, while dining on true Tuscan cuisine. Menus can be custom tailored to your individual preferences according to the number of courses you choose. Join us for this unique experience of wine tasting and wine pairing in our home situated in the hills of Chianti. We await your arrival!
This Chianti wine tasting and wine pairing experience is completed by savoring typical dishes of the Florentine and Tuscan tradition and tasting the extra virgin olive oil produced with olives from Chef Paola’s garden. Enjoy learning about the centuries-old tradition of olive oil, the harvesting and pressing process and, finally, savor the unique and full flavor of the estate’s oil.

This experience is enjoyable for guests of all ages, but keep in mind that Italian law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to children under 18; younger children will be served non-alcoholic drinks.
Private experience for a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 15 people.
The transfer to and from Chef Paola’s house with his private car and driver for up to 4 people is free of charge and is possible within a 30 kilometers radius.
The transfer to and from Chef Paola’s house with private car and professional driver is available on request also long-haul with separate payment
